Timing, carb or something else?

thats not a big amount of fuel and shovels want to run rich. you did not mention what kind of pipes you have on it. make sure your enrichner is functioning correctly, confirm you accel pump adjustment. are you running a VOES switch? make sure you do not have any vacum leaks. and make sure your flot level is in spec. idle mix screw 1-1.5 turns out. then report back.

Pipes are Dual with straight fishtail and I installed drag 8" baffles wrapped to bring down the loudness.
I pulled enrichner, cleaned everything
No VOES
Accel pump I'll get to ok Monday
