So I have tried it all...super glue, cement, epoxy, and even replaced with one of the brass repair kit style...everytime I button up the fairing, the one nut just keeps spinning...windshield loose on the right corner.
Anyone have a more permanent fix before I end up just replacing the inner fairing 🤦🏻
fill the hole with jb weld then put the insert in.
Yeah that was my next move. Try to find some strong commercial grade stuff and refill the hole, let it set, and then drill a small hole and set the brass insert...hopefully that works...otherwise it's a new inner fairing.
