Indeed it is....a commute from Auburn Hills to home in Eastpointe will be nice.
If anyone wants to know where Eastpointe is, think Detroit. Now imagine Detroit had a protective coating, like some aspirin does. Eastpointe is part of that protective coating that keeps nicer cities away from Detroit.
