Default Valve Compressor Tool
Shadetree mechanic here, certainly nothing more than that. Looking for a tool that will see infrequent use for Evo style heads.

I want to change the valve seals and reassemble a few extra parts hanging around.

Looking for a tool recommendation that you may have experience with. I understand that Mac or Snap On would have one but that might be overkill for me

I used my C - clamp automotive style compressor on my M-8 heads....

Check Ebay for used Snap on tools at a better deal

J&P Cycles offers a product from V-Twin Manufacturing. No experience with the product, but maybe you can read some reviews to get a feel for the value of this tool.

I used this homemade valve spring compressor I made back in the 60's. If needed, you can use different sizes C-clamps for different sizes heads.

Probably too light.. You really need a flow model. If you don't already have one best to buy the regular C type.

Loaner tools are available from advance auto and autozone. Probably from others as well.
