Radiator swap

Hello, 2015 Harley Davidson Tri Glide. I don't like the looks of the 2015 twin radiators but like the looks of the 2017 and newer radiator better. ( one radiator vs two). That way I can also get rid of the unsightly lowers that currently house the twin radiators. Anyone ever done this?

I admit IDK but,
Might be a challenge as the frames ( and engines) are different.
