Default FLH/FXDL???

I have recently got a wild hair that has been starting to call attention to itself. I have a 05 FXDLI with under 2k miles. I love the bike, but now I am thinking about trading it in for a Electra Glide Standard. I am thinking this way since I am going to get bags for the Dyna, but dont care for the way they attach to the bike (move signals) and dont know if I am crazy about a windshield on it either. I was planning on getting a bagger later down the road when I retired (10-15 years) and keep the Low Rider so I could have both types of bike. I am torn because I like both bikes, and could put to good use either one. Any thoughts, problems with either, please speak up! I figure I better do it soon while I have low miles on my Dyna.

Thanks
