Default Chrome bolts

Does anyone have a source for ordering chrome plated bolts? Specifically, I am looking for 3/8" dia X 3" button head allen bolts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got to get one for my quick release bracket on the detachable sissy bar it didn't come with the back bolts guess they are in the turn signal relocation kit that i didn't need.

We get alot of ours locally we have a hardware store that stocks chrome bolts and nuts etc.

Be carefull with chrome plated bolts. Many of them are only a grade3. The chrome can crack on the surface, and allow moisture to create rust/corrosion beneath the surface that you can't see.

Abutton headis about the weakest bolt design available.

I prefer stainless steel. The surface never cracks. And corrosion is simple to spot and prevent. But, like a chrome fastner, quality sturdy SS fastners can be hard to find and expensive when you do.

I usually buy my fastners from McMaster-Car www.mcmaster.com

This place has a fine collection of various fasteners. Good to deal with too.

Thanks all for the follow up info. I had planned on getting at least grade 5 as they are going to be used to replace the existing bolts used on the rear turn signals/detachable backrest mount bolts when I relocate the rear turn signals and add the detachable sadllebags. And the last thing I need is the ole lady falling off the back when one breaks. She's a keeper and I don't want to have to break in another one.
