Has anybody had any experience with this unit

I haven't. BUT, with my experience with torque wrenches, my personal ones, and the ones I have calibrated for military and civilian customers for the last 25 years... I would trust it. Never have known a Craftsman torque item to be lousy. The specs sound good too.

Thanks LRonHoover……..That gives me some confidence…….Got to go about 50 miles to get one chop, chop or Internet order and I just detest a extra trip for exchange. I’ll get back to this thread in a couple of days with a review….

skos.... Thanks Mahn for the reply, however that was on the 20th of last month and i can now say it works great..... I don't intend this hurtfull but these forums are not very chop chop with replies are they?

Don't quite understand your disappointment. You had a response from someone that is an expert(25 years experience) in torque wrenches on the same day you posted the question. In fact, within about 2 hours. How much more "chop chop" do you need?
