I'm not sure if this is the right place to post these questions but,
Does anyone know the measurements of the cross bones saddlebags, harley # 90419-08? And would they work with the 09 fxstc? And if they will work would they require the use of saddlebag supports?

Since you don't really have any obstructions to deal with, why not ride down to your dealer and see if you can dry fit them to your bike.
You'd also be better off posting in the softail forum, since your questions refer to multiple softail models.
