I don't remember when it was, but if your bike still has the original seats, they aren't the hardened ones.
Does your E78 have points ignition? The one I rode for over 200,000 miles was an E78. Did one top end job at 125k miles. I stuck in 7:1 pistons because of the crappy gas. Sure got tired of mixing the old leaded regular with the new unleaded premium!
Wouldn't have any pics of the ol' gal, would you? Drop down into the classic section and look around.
