I installed the carlini supersweeps on my softail rocker.The bars have a 9 inch rise and a 11,5 pullback.THe only thing is when I turn the bar it hits the speedo.I dont think I can rise it aymore do to the wires can i move the speedo down or change the speedo

 

and the rockers have the prioritary risers too. model specific to the rocker only if i'm not mistaken. i'm unsure as to whether you can move the speedo without making an adapter bracket of some sort to move it. there should be some alternatives, i wish i could be of more help. good luck with getting it to work for you.
