Yep. I figure the unit that will work for bike to bike will also work for rider to rider. My wife has her own bike but quite often rides 2 up with me so why not get one that does both proficiently.
Hi, I bought the Scala Teamset to connect to GPS via bluetooth & also communicate with wife when pillion. The blue tooth works fine, loud & clear at all legal speeds on a loud (perhaps illeagally) FLSTS. However intercom works using FM & this gets serious interferance from the ignition/alternator/electrics. Not looked into ways of fixing this apart from fitting braided HT leads earted to the chassis (which did'nt have much success). Perhaps the Q2 has bluetooth intercom, I don't know, but worth thinking about before buying. Maybe buying another scala bluetooth headset is my solution (assuming my existing model will connect to it & the GPS simultaneously). Anybody got any advice? It would be appreciated.
Got mine in from IMC last week. Took my stepson for a quick ride just to get used to them. So far, so good. I was talking to a trucker on the way to work one morning. Chrystal clear and he said it sounded good on his end also.
