Default handlebars

I need to adjust the handlbars on a roadking custom 2007. Go through the headlight. do i remove the collar holding the bulb . or ?

Default adjust handlebars

I need to adjust the handlebars on a 2007 roadking custom. I go through the headlight. Do i remove the ring holding the bulb to get to the bolt. If not then what.

You'll have to go through the head lamp bucket unless you have a police edition that has two small caps on your riser cover. Remove your ring,nacell,unplug your light,unscrew the top trim piece that hides your common line gap between the two halves,unscrew bolt to the front riser cover, pop off the ignition switch (on-off)cap take out the screws and the two piece clamp is exposed.
