Might be the rubber hanger bushing where the hanger attaches. You'll hear the squeak when idling, but if you rest your leg on the muffler for a second it stops squeaking. Or check that one of the twist screw hasn't come out.,,

+1 on the rubber bushing that's on the mounting bracket which holds the muffler up to the saddlebag support rail.
Check mounting bolts on the fender. One of mine rattled loose and started squeaking. Also like others said check exhaust mounts, and check that your hardware on the latches are tight
I have a 2017 Dyna Low Rider and just installed Saddlebags - rode with the saddlebags for a couple days then I installed a nightstick slip on. I get a very annoying squeak or chirping sound at idle that goes away when I accelerate. I did not recall squeaking prior to the nightstick. However when idling on the kickstand the squeak goes away if I hold both saddlebags to keep them from shaking. Everything is good and tight, nightstick has the little rubber bushing in place... etc.
Also, the saddlebags are supported by two bolts into the fender. There is no support on the bottom. They are the rigid leather H-D saddlebags. I'm considering making up some bracket to keep the lower part of the saddlebags in place.
