Default which grease for which application??

my manual states to use recomended special purpose grease for steering head bearings and wheel bearings and to use multipurpose chassis grease for other applications..

well...what the hell brand is recommended special purpose...and what brand is multipurpose? and is it a lithium type or not??

I want to go to lordco and pick some up so I can do my own greasing along with the basic preventive maintenance.....not sure what kind to get.
