Default Handlebars - adjust

Gonna sound kinda stoopid ...but how do I get that dang cover off of the handle bar bolts on my 2000 Road King. Got the switch cover off and the two screws out but it's still held by some kind of keeper from the headlight??

Yep...you have to remove that trim piece running down the the top of the nacelle.
