Anyone know how to fix a collapsing leather saddlebag (06 Heritage Softail Classic)????

 

There are several kits available for this. I have considered this one for my 2000 Heritage bags:

Just put a set of Saddlebag Shapers on the bags of my 05 Heritage Softail Classic. Shaped out the bags perfectly and very reasonable priced. I did not have to trim the saddle bag insert, and the top stiffeners glued in without a problem. You might want to check them out.
