Default speedo drive

Was wondering if anyone has andy ideas?I have a 92 heritage and i have changed the tins to a fatboy and they were of a 99 fatboy. My problem is my heritage has a mechanical speedo drive on the front wheel and the stock heritage fender had a bracket mounted to the fender to keep the speedo cable away from the fender. The 99 fatboy fender has no bracket on the fender because it was an electronic speedo. Now the cable keeps hitting the fender.I dont wont to drill a hole in the fender to mount a bracket. Is there any kind of clip or bracket that i can mount to the fork mounting tab for the fender or maybe caliper bolt?Any one have any ideas? Thanks
