Default alarm problems....I Think

I just installed an 06 cruise on my 07 street glide according to the manual and instructions and the articles on HDF. When I disconnected the battery the alarm siren beeped once. when I installed everything I reconnected the battery and nothing. The red alarm key on the dash flashes but nothing works. when I say nothing I mean nothing. No radio, turn signals, lights,...nothing. The dealer installed the security system on the bike and I did not get any paperwork for it. I guess my questions are this: Is my security system causing the problem or can something else be wrong? I have power on a few fuses like the radio memory, battery fuse, and I think the maxi fuse was hot but nothing else. Any help at all would be appreciated.
