These are the directions for the fob that you had to click. Mine is a 2003.

Dear friends this is the 5digit pin of my softail and there is a zero! I dont remember how i put it because i never use it. Now my two keyfobs does not work and i have my bike locked

Ron750 thanks for the details.
I have the same card (IGN to ACC) but i have the problem with the "0". I have read that 0 is not allowed but i dont remember how i put it. And when i finish the 5 digit the alarm sounds

Any idea why your fobs don't work? Are the batteries okay? Have you tried changing the batteries in them?

No idea no guess . i faced the same problem once i have parked my bike out of a medical center with electromagnetic field(MRI).
Now this happens in my garage and i cannot find any reason. I have replace both batteries and the battery of the bike is also full

C'mon chaps! If you don't have an owners manual to check this sort of stuff you can download one from the H-D website, just go to the Owners tab, second column in the drop-down menu.

grbrown thank you for the advice.
Actually i have the ownwrs manual, i follow the instructions but the bike remain locked and the alarm sounds.
the bike does not let me to go to the pin field the one with the dushes(-----), in order to unlock it.

The bike is a Softail Standard FXST 2003.
