Engine just stops

Default Engine just stops

My wife rides a 08 Hearitage bone stock,after riding at speed when she comes to a stop as soon as shr pulls in the clutch, the engin dies. It starts rite back up,and it dosnt happen every time but it is a bit unnerving,any thoughts ??? Thanks

That is the sort of thing it is difficult to diagnose over the internet! Best to take it to either a dealer or an indy IMHO. Could be something really easy to fix by someone who can see, hear and touch it.

My neighbor's sporty was doing exactly that and it turned out to be the Camshaft Position Sensor. Check around somebody may know how to perform some tests yourself. If your not good with that kind of thing; you may want to bring it to the dealer. Good luck !!

Crank position sensor is what you mean?

also if the engine try to rev, up then die when you pull the clutch , maf sensor , it happen to mine . with just 20,,ooo miles this one is the sensor on top of the intakes . good luck
