86 FLSTC speedo cable help
I have the speedo out, the cable is broke at bottom. I removed the very small set screw in the bottom of the housing but the cable still won't budge. Didn't want to try forcing it until I checked with someone who knows much more than I.

Completed the job.
Completed the job. Being an old bike I decided to take a chance that it was just very tight. Used needle nose and put a little pressure on it and the housing broke loose. Very easy job.
