Default shovel problem ,rear cylinder

Hi all ! I have a problem with a 1975 shovel I just rebuilt, ran good for about 75 miles then developed a miss in my rear cylinder. the miss is at idle and midrange and wot. Idles good when cold for a couple minuites then starts to miss fire. here is what I have done so far , new ab andrews cam, sifton tappets, lifters are stock , but good, . heads have manley valve kits , tested compression @ 120 each. complete new ignition ( electronic duel fire ) spark looks good ( blue ) new intake bands and heavy clamps, leak tested. brand new s and s carb. tried new plugs , wires, removed rear head and had machine shop inspect, all is good. Not much hair left to pull out guys! any ideas anyone ? runs perfect on front cylinder.

These are tuff ones..even though parts are new it does not mean they are good.I would start with a jumper wire from the battery to the white wire on the coil. This well rule out all wiring issues. If it still has the miss i would think its the ignition or the coil.I have had some problems with dyna ignitions in the past and i called them and they sent me out a new one..good luck

Since it's dual fire, swap the plug wires, (run the rear wire to the front cylinder and front to the rear,) and see if the problem travels to the front cylinder. That will eliminate one area of concern.

Thanks Stiggy, Guess I should of posted this , I had a single fire power house in the bike before and newer coil , one of the first things i done was wire swap , new plugs, then changed coil and ignition sender with a dyna dual fire . Didnt help, Then compresion check. I pulled my rear head hopeing I would find something like a valve hanging up when warm. but all was perfect. But I didnt jumper the coil to battery. Man I hope that does it !!!!! Thanks !
