Hello, it's been a whole but I'm back. I was involved in a accident. Left of center cager took my left foot. I'm know a below knee amputee trying to get back on the bike. I have a 04 heritage softail. I need to extend the shifter since I do not have control of my ankle. I can't make contact with the shifter peg now with the positin of my food but if I coud extend it out a couple inches id be good to go.. Any ideas?

 

My freind ,Tim was in the sme predicament. right now he is using a shifter from a Dyna police bike. His other set up was a used shifter that a welder cut out the center and added some length to,then he painted it black. He likes the dual shifter,so that he is always pushing down to shift.
