Default se new lfters
harley has upgraded their se lifters, part 18572-13. Is their any experiences with the new lifters verses other manufacturors

No hands on experience with SE lifters but do know that there have been issues with the predecessors. There are many proven aftermarket options that vary in cost from $55 a set to $150 a set. CompCams VThunder 850-1 are the most cost effective and are basically a small block Chevy lifter, then there are S&S, HQ Black Ops, Gaterman and Woods Directional.
