Default Lifters

I'm planning on replacing my cam chain adjusters and since I have the easy install pushrods already and like my cam, should I replace the lifters? It has 37k on it. Not sure if the lifters were replaced at 11k when the cam was swaped.

I would replace the lifters. Lifters are a wear item, and when they fail there can be significant collateral damage. 26K or 37K...they're due for replacement.

Agreed.
Cheap insurance when you are in there.

For the future you should always change out your lifters with every cam change. The lifter will wear a pattern on the cam, this is more pronounced on the automotive flat lifter and cam set ups.A good lifter to use is the Gatormans, look them up. Later Fairshake

NS Coyote, The Gatormans may be high $$$$ in your neck of the woods but they may be found for less funds than S&S, Fueling, and other well known brands. They will also offer extra performance because of design. I paid about $150 for mine. When it comes to building your bike no part should be out of reach if it will keep your ride up and running. Those $20 lifters may put you on the side of the road late one night. I'm a strong believer in the process of working on my bike in the garage not on the road. Later Fairshake
