Default Lil Help Here

I just picked up a 2011 Harley Softail Cross Bones from Republic Harley and was told it had a Stage 1 Kit on it. High Flow Air Kit, Vance & Hines Exhaust, and the ECM had been flashed with a Race Tune. All this from one of the techs at the dealership I asked to go over the bike for me. He said the ecm had been flashed with a hand held tuner and asked if it was sold with the bike. Dealership said no, so now I would like to know who makes hand help flash tuners for the Harley ECM's? I am a hot rod, street rod, and drag race tuner, know a little about reflashing ecm's but do not know who makes the units that will work with the HD or sell the software.

All help, leads, will be Researched so I can figure this out, Thanks.

The power vision, Mastertune TTS and the SE Sertpro are good flash tuners. The most capable is the TTS; but, it requires a laptop to make recording runs. The other two tuners allow you to stick a box and record the tuning runs.

Check out the TTS as I believe they may have recently added the capability (interface box) with recording capability vs having to use a laptop. If so, I would go with this one.

All of them marry to the bike. I am surprised that the previous owner did not include the tuner. I would have. The power vision allows you to reflash with the original tune that was in the bike and that will unmarry the tuner and allow use on another bike (unless this capability has changed since I owned one). If that is what happened, then the stock tune is in the bike and you definitely need to get a tuner and tune it up as it will be to lean with the stage 1 set up.
