Won't run under load
2002 Heritage Classic 88ci Fuel Injected Stage 1: Alright so the other night I ran out of gas heading to work. Had a buddy bring me a can of fresh gas. Road that evening on lunch. When I was on my way home from work the next morning the bike died on me three times when I let off the throttle.. Next day I decided to change the plugs and coil pack because I had a tiny yellow spark. Now I can't even give it any throttle just sitting there without it back firing and dying. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could be?

Since you ran it out of gas, you may have toasted the fuel pump. The pump relies on gas to cool it. That's the main reason you should never run a fuel injected vehicle out of gas.
