I went into Gettysburg HD shop to purchase a set of high flow baffles for my Rineharts on my 08 FLHX. They went ahead and placed my order and charged my credit card for the price of the baffles. I called to see if they have arrived and they did so I went in and picked nthem up. Got home to find out that the ones they had ordered for me were 2" too big [:@]. I called another HD shop to have them check the part #. They had told me that the baffles that were sold to me were for pre 1995 HD pipes. Here where things go down hill. I took the baffles back to Gettysburg and told them that thier parts person had ordered the wrong part and that I needed a refund. To my surprise they made me pay a 20% restock fee even though the mistake was on thier part. I informed the manager that if this is how they do business than I wouldn't spend another dollar in thier store again. If anyone knows of a HD customer satifation form or # that I could use please let me know.
