What time are you leaving? Just asking because you may need to leave rather early to get here in time. Race starts at 1pm local time.

I wanna go!

But I can't, so will someone cheer for Car #78 for me while you are there? Her name is Samona de Silvestro. She's a really cool rookie that can actually drive a racecar (unlike the swimsuit model that can't).

Depending on weather, plan on leaving around 630ish and stopping for breakfast. We are not in a rush to get there so we will be enjoying the ride.
I cheer for all the drivers.

We'll see...
"De Silvestro didn't finish any of the races above 16th, however, owing partly to minor scrapes with other race cars and partly to rookie errors, such as when she caused her car to spin by incorrectly downshifting gears last Sunday in Alabama. Overall, she's 20th in the championship standings while Patrick is 15th."

I'll be rooting for the Babe, #7.

Babe #7 got booed by the fans at Indy for not only throwing her team under the bus, she kicked them a few times while they were under it.

Bullshit.

"While fans were upset with Patrick's comments, members of her race team agreed with her assessment, that the car was too loose and she was unable to maximize the car's speed.

"I think we underestimated, or I underestimated, what it was going to take to make the top 24 there," Anderson said. "Speeds were up a little bit. Not the starting position we wanted, for sure. Sometimes, you just need a day away from the track to analyze it."
Patrick was a little more blunt in her assessment.
"The car is just totally skating across the track, and there's no grip," she said. "My mechanics took tons of time to make sure it was fast and slick and no drag. It's there, it's just that the setup's not there. I feel bad for them because it's a good car.

"The GoDaddy car deserves to be higher up than this. It's better than this. It's just not set up right."
