What year and model bike was it on maybe we can locate a part number

The side car is 1997 ultra classic and it will go on a 2013 ultra classic CVO

Start here see what you can dig up. the 1997 frame is not the same as a 2013 and they did not offer sidecar for 2013.
But they did for 2009 and the frame is the same as your 2013. So yo may find some thing that will work. You may have to make one.
Another source that may help you is Jay At DMC.
