My dad just took delivery of his this past Saturday, it is sharp. The dealer has sold both Trikes that they had coming so I decided I wanted one and dropped some coin to put my name on a 2010. As for my dads, during the winter we plan in putting the chrome front end on it, changing the mirrors and many other things, the list is quite long. Below is a picture of my mom and dad on their new toy.
damn you guys are lucky you have to wait soo long we arent even getting them in oz we put a deposit on a ultra classic and have to wait for 3 month's ..would love a tri-glide but second best is the best good luck to you all with your purchases hope you can posts some more pik's when ya get it ,safe travels to ya's
For those looking for a hitch i was told that Bushtec has one developed, they don't have it on their website yet but you can call them to order one.
Just a thought. I dont have the tri-glide. Im building my own. I have the DFT Trike rear in mine. The heads up Im givin ya's on the hitch. DFT's trailer hitch, the receiver end thats attached to the trike is round ( a pipe) not square as most receivers I've seen. the reason being. DFT states that the square ones rattle.

No rattle from my MCHitch and I towed the trailer from Wisconsin to Virginia.
We had a hitch included in our original purchase of the Champion conversion on recommendation of the installer. We have not bought a trailer; she rides solo and we have not needed the extra room yet. We don't camp, so that eases the load. And now we are enclosed trailer prepared for winter trips out of Indiana. Our rear-ender cancelled trip from NVA to Billings and return in 2006 (5500 miles circuit) was planned without any concern for trailer need.
She did ride with the toungue in place to Sikeston, MO this year in case we won a raffle trailer from WAGS. Lucked out and didn't need the tounge. BUT it did rattle like hell without a Dog in the back. I used it once for trailering on a single axle to Selbyville, DE for muffler refit. Use the axles now.
Was at the Dealer yesterday picking up a Stage 1 set up for one of my bikes and they had a black one in store that was sold, tag said 32,500.00 with some options.said there would be a 2 to 2 1/2 yr backup on them before long the way they are selling........
My TRIGLIDE is in.......The problem is, my hubby is 2 states away at school, has gotten sick with a sinus infection and doesn't know if he can fly himself home tomorrow (he took our plane) He was going to get someone to take him to the dealer which is over 2 hours away, on Sat. and drive it home and surprise me. He felt like he needed to tell me this morning so at least someone would have an exciting day. EXCITING Alright! Now how to get that Trike. I have a trailer and the ramp is 53" wide. Is that wide enough? Does anyone know?
