I will wait until the MOCO admits that you can't meet EPA requirements with an air cooled engine as Volkswagon did and went to Mexico.
When they sell the license and the Harleys are built in Mexico to pre 99, pre EPA Standards. I will buy me a Juarez Trike and sneak it across the border!
