Default Trailer hitches

What hitch out there is the hidden hitch with the 1 1/4 tube. Hidden to me means you can see the receiver when the ball part that slides into the receiver is not attached. Also would need the isolation wiring harness for a 4 wire flat trailer plug. With this type of hitch, do you have to remove the hitch to get the rear wheel off?

A hidden hitch IS one that cannot be seen with the draw-bar removed. It can be installed on the trike frame members and will certainly not have to be removed to take a tire off, or vice-versa. Most trike and MC receiver hitches are indeed 1-1/4 inch, but you can get or make a 2-inch if desired. One good one is mentioned above, but you can make one on your own a lot cheaper, if you are mechanically inclined to do so. You can get plug-n-play adapters or simply wire your trailer for a 5-pin flat. Harley uses a separate brake light lead, but if your trailer is already wired for 4-wire operation, there are several conversion kits out there on the websites, or someone may chime in here with a suggestion.

If you want to build your own....I have the plans and have shared them with several other trikers.

I forgot to mention that I want the hitch for a 2011 Ultra Classic. I want the one that 1550vt mentioned. Where the hitch cannot be seen with the draw bar removed. Any suggestions? I no Bushtec makes one and I am sure others also.

Khromewerks.com makes a hidden receiver model. I have the flhx model and love it.
