Hacked, Conversions and Trailering"Harley Sidecar, Conversion Trikes and Motorcycle Pull Behind Trailering Enthusiasts"
A forum for the discussion of your sidecar, Conversion Trike or Pull Behind Motorcycle Trailer.
I just bought another bike so I can choose which one to ride - with hack or without. I've found that I like riding on 2 wheels a little better, but the hack comes in very handy sometimes.
My Hannigan hack is actually pretty easy to remove and put back on without having to reset alignment. About 20 min to take off and less than an hour to put back on. That was the first time, and having done it once it should go faster next time.
I probably will not every take mine off unless I need to do some semi major work to the bike but being nice to ride two wheels every now and then after years of sitting thinking about getting my old 1971 Triumph back running.
All way I have to go is my rig so I need if for all sorts of things so I need all the room I can get.
After getting use to it not sure I could ever run mine with out the hack. So nice when I go camping to have all that room as well as the grandchildren like it. All so do to my heath makes it where I can still ride a big bike. But I am finally starting to get back to working on my 1971 Triumph T100C so I will have a two wheeler when I want.
