Look at www.dauntlessmotors.com US made and have special mounting brackets for all HD rides. They also have lots of options.

I have been away from the forum, but have experience with a sidecar. I lost my right leg back in '03 and got my hack in '06. I was on my Lowrider when a cage ran a light and took me out.
My sidecar is a Spyder made by Motorvation, Inc. It is great, but does come with a set of skills all its own.
My bike is a '06 Road King. You attach a mount to the right side and under the bike and then attach the hack to it. It is solid.
