I am looking to sell my 03 Ultra Classic and get something newer, is there any site that shows the years and improvements of Harley ie: motor/frame/transmission changes so I can look at what year I would like to buy?
thanks

This link is for information on the 2008's. If you spend a minute there, I think you can find info on other years too. https://www.box.com/shared/5rg4hso4k0
each year has pluses and minuses, eventually you will have to put up with whatever you bought, for the most part the newer the better. There are some exceptions there, but things are improving with newer bikes.

(e.g. Voltage Regulators on 2012 touring models.)
Hard to say anymore. Newer bikes are faster and more efficient. But they are also far more complex with CPU's and sensors controlling everything. With complexity comes a greater chance for something to fail.
