Just bought the Rally Wagon for my 9,500+ mile trip this summer. http://theusatrailerstore.com/produc...lly-wagon.html Very nice trailer from what I can tell. It is sitting in my drive way ready for me to finish the upgrades/maintenance on my bike for some test rides. I am thinking I would love to add a little lockable storage box on it for any sort of valuables that I don't want out in the open to be viewed. The inside width of the trailer measures 26". I haven't seen anything I like yet that will fit and I don't think I want to build it due to lack of time to get it done right. Any ideas?
Any chance you could find one of those diamond plate aluminum boxes that fit in the back of a pickup? I've got one in my garage that measures 20" wide by 46" long by 18" high. It's a DeeZee Silver Series box. Comes with a lock and is waterproof. I've used it on many trips and it's held up very well so far. I don't think it would be very hard to fasten it down in that trailer.

You know, I have thought about that, but I keep thinking I want to stay around 26"L x 18"W x 12"H.
I might just be living in a fantasy world though. Hahahaha
We have had one of these about 2 years. I mounted a thule car top carrier on it. We did not go the metal box route in order to keep the weight reasonable. The Thule is very flexible when open but just fine when locked up. Counting the trailer and addons I spent around 1200 to 1300 bucks.
