Idiot
These riders obviously get a rush from risking their lives in traffic. But, they forget that everyone in their path is in danger, especially if someone does something unpredictable. I understand the fun, but life isn't a video game.
My take,
I have been riding since dirtbikes had downpipes (30 years).
Raced Motorcross, roadrace, desert, for some 20 years.
More importantly, for the past 15 years or so I have worked in pre-hospital and critical care (ICU) as an EMT, /Firefighter Paramedic, and now, an Critical Care Nurse.
Here is some of what I have learned.
Roads don't give back, hitting a immovable object (guardrail, wall, etc.)will make you very sore...
Your family will be sad.
You won't even know.
Take it to a track.
You can't just throw in another quarter when the game is done and you lose.
Out.
And, if you scare my granny into a guardrail with your antics, I will personally come and get you.
Okay, now I am out.
Happy Holidays!
The first vid is in Athens, and if you have ever been in south america, egypt, Italy, you know that he is driving about like the average person would. The game is very different outside the US notice the people walking in the street paid little attention to him and he was close but never hit them. They are just that way, on bikes in cars it doesnt matter.
Take a cab in some "Developing" nations wooo hooo! A cab ride in Cairo is like a ride at 6 flags with out the line!
Just to be dispassionate for a minute, this video is regularly posted over here because a lot of riders over here marvel at the guy's ability. Most of what he does is inappropriate for the road without doubt but he reallydoes have mastery over his bike.
