Unless it can be proven that people that ride without helmets are dangerous to other people, or society, they need to drop the issue. If people want to risk their lives, let them.

They love to quote the Florida statistic that says deaths have increased 67% since Jeb Bush signed the helmet repeal.... but they convienently leave out the fact that motorcycle registrations increased 87% in that same time period. The whole thing is political.
