Looks like he routinely lets the rear slip from the looks of the cam. He definitely has some skill, but definitely not safe.

That rider has skills. But eventually his luck will run out in that kind of environment. That kind of reminded me of that old video game 'Road Rash' for N64.

It's possible that he just really pushed the envelope just to make the video and doesn't ride like that all the time. I did the twisties at my max spark level one day and don't plan on running like that again. Odds stack up fast against you. But I throw sparks on a regular basis, where I feel safe and in control.
