Hello All,
I have recently purchased a 2011 RK and this is my first HD. I noticed that when I am at a stoplight the **** will accelerate and decelerate on its own. Is this normal? Thanks for any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Seriously, it's not normal and could be a few things but having more details would help. Such as any mods on the motor, type of tuner (if any), etc.
Did it throw any codes? It happens at idle, does it do it hot or cold or both?
It could be a dirty IAC, intake or exhaust leak, maybe one of the sensors.

That would be an air leak or tuning issue.
