Default Engine Temp Sensor

Was out for a ride this past Saturday with the wife and friends. Rode about 90 miles to a bike show and the bike ran fine. Stayed about an hour and left to go grab a bite to eat. During that 30 mile ride the bike started stumbling when giving it gas during take offs and shifting. Checked things over when we stopped and decided to let the bike cool off while we ate. Came out, started bike up and it runs fine when cold no throttle issues... Let's ride. As soon as the bike warms back up the same problems arise. Get home and pull the codes and I get a P0118. Cleared it and it came right back. Picked up sensor and replaced it last night, cleared codes...came right back. What do I check next??? I have warranty but I'd rather fix it myself than take it to the dealer. Not much to go off of on the Internet. Read about broken wires in the ETS harness and possible ECM problems. Also unplugged the ECM and cleaned pins and added dielectric grease but no change. Bike is a 2010 Ultra Limited. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just my opinion, but that's exactly what the warranty is for. Let them chase the rabbit on their dime.

Got the bike fixed today. Ended up being a broken wire in the Engine Temp Sensor harness. All is good.
