2012 FXSB 103ci - Need help with P/N's for larger 4.9/5.3 injectors or 50mm SE TB kit
Help needed- Noticed in my data logs that my injector duty cycle is well exceeding 80% and in some cases over 100%. I have the stock 46mm TB and would either like to swap for 4.9 or 5.3 injectors, or just do the SE 50mm kit (4.9 injectors, manifold, TB, IAC). I don't need the 58mm TB for my build.
But- I'm mot sure which part numbers will fit the cable throttle 2012 103b motor w/ 46mm TB- Stock heads btw.
4.9 injectors P/N= ?
5.3 injectors P/N = ?
50mm SE TB kit = will this one work? http://www.kutterharleyonline.com/ha...body-27623-05a

yep that is correct- the 46mm and 3.91 injectors are only good up to 80-90hp. Who is doing your heads and cylinders? More than likely they will match up the SE 50mm intake runner ports to your heads. from what I've been able to find out I don't think it would fit right on to stock HD heads.

it will fit right on to the heads but with the bigger opening of 1.750 on the intake and the smaller port size on the heads will cause reversion and create driveabilty issues. the heads need to be port matched. also my stock 46mm with the 3.9 injectors supported 102 hp. ran the stock TB until I could afford the 51mm hpi on my first build. and the 4.9 injectors will support up to 130 hp which I am running on the new build. just install a set of andrews 57's and some stage 2 hillside heads and a SE pro 50mm tb on a friends 14 breakout and he is very happy with the end results.
