Turned Switch Nothing...

Turned my switch on to start my 2005 Ultra and nothing happens. Hit starter switch and nothing. Thought battery but battery is fully charged. Only sign of life is a faint clicking sound on the right side of the bike that stops after a few seconds. Tach needle quivers at same time clicking is happening. No lights, nothing lights up on dash. Wife said the last time I rode it she noticed brake lights strobing on/off even though I wasn't braking.

Anyone heard of this before? Looking for the solution...

Check and clean your battery cables on both ends.

How do you know it's fully charged?
