Intermittent P0122 Code.

Intermittent P0122 Code.
Hi Guys,
I searched the forum but didn't find an example like what I am experiencing. This is my issue of the week.
The Bike is a 2002 FLHPI Road King. Mods include SE AC, V&H slip on, PC III and cams.
The issue is I keep getting a P0122 code. It never shows up as a current code, it is always stored as a historic code. It is possible that the engine light comes on for a moment while I'm riding and I don't notice it.
I have checked the wires at the end of the connector and as far as I can tell are ok. I have a DVM and can try to back probe it while turning the throttle to check for drops or spikes but not 100% clear on how to do that.
I have read that the PC III can sometimes cause this code, not sure about that.
Anyone else experienced this?
Any troubleshooting tips appreciated.
