I bought a used 2012 Ultra Classic. The ignition cap won't lock in any position. I know it's only supposed to lock in fork lock and accessory. I can feel the tab slip out of the notch and the cap pulls up and turns. Its like the tab in the cap doesn't come out far enough the fully engage the notch in the plastic stem. Any ideas. I'm going to take it to my brothers in a couple of weeks and try it in his classic.
