What should they do? Mine jump all over the place. Anywhere from .02 to .88 volts. Should they be jumping around?

If you are in a steady state cruise in the area of the calibration that is set to be running with closed loop feed back. Your voltage should be switching back and forth from lean to rich. So, the voltage jumping up and down is normal and expected. If it isn't. Several things can be causing this. This is the first place I start when I am not getting closed loop feed back.

ok it is fixed, took me awhile but I went into reading mode to try and understand as much of this info as possible.
it was the O2 sensors. using the power vision gauge set up that I knew nothing about I was able to see what the sensors were doing. both sensors were dead. showing only 1.3 volts front and .2 volts rear when there were stone cold.

after bike warm up they were at .9 volts front and .2 volts rear. running the bike at various rpms only produced a reading of 1.25 volts front and .2 rear.

new sensors at 5 volts cold and after warm up right around 1 volt at idle. various reading as I go through the rpm range. bike is super smooth now and idle is steady. my shifter and linkage does not bounce like a sewing machine anymore haha...
and best of all I can auto tune now. thanks for the help gentlemen sorry for the delay..
