Could someone take a look at the attached two minute cold idle log file and tell me if I have an issue(s) to checkout? With my limited experience I see a couple of candidates. First starting at mls 1464 - 2374 AFR jumps to 17.9. Secondly, the disparity between front and rear VE's, the rear being close to 20 points higher. Is this indicative of something to be fixed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Some background, last summer the motor started to die at idle or go so low that something started clanging. After two weeks at the dealership it came back the same way it went in. They check many things replaced some sensors, nothing. I happen to have another '07 bike so I changed out every sensor, coil, wires even the ECM with the correct map installed, nothing. Jimmy at HPI checked out the t/b, no issues then he said he rebuilt the t/b but it came back looking too new to be rebuilt. Very nice gesture on his part (no charge). Then did contact enhancer on every sensor contact as well as the ECM. Then I upgraded the AT to TT (FM), fired it up low idle was gone but replaced with somewhat of a higher idle than before.

I would try pulling the IAC table steps back to 45@60 degrees, 35@90 degrees and 25@118 degrees to see if that helps with your idle issue.
