I have an 02 dyna and all of a sudden I put my key in the ignition and it's harder to turn and doesn't turn the bike on and now I can't get the key out any ideas what's wrong.

 

Sounds like the key switch is frozen or damaged. If you can't get the key out, you'll probably have to replace it.

 

Suggests something inside the lock is damaged or broken. Squirt some WD40 or similar in past the key and very gently jiggle the key, to see if you can remove it. In any event, a new lock looks inevitable.
